Takanawa 3-chome Front of Shinagawa Station Project Preparatory Union is proceeding to develop the complex buildings at the area next to Shinagawa Station West Area A. The area is containing office buildings, apartments, shops and restaurants. Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd., Nomura Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd., Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. and Taisei Corporation join the preparatory union as corporative partner.

Shinagawa Station West Area is devided into 4 arears, A, B, C and D. The redevelopmnet projct is organized as one large project, but sitll each devided projects are standalone. There are lots of owners and leaseholders in Area C in comparison with other areas. Only Keikyu and Toyota for Area A, Prince hotel and the local government for Band C. It would be expected to take time getting agreement of all the owners and lease holders. Furthermore, because there are dwellings currently, new building will have dwelling facilities.
